Welcome to Progress Software’s Technical Support Call Tracking System. This system is available to anyone who has a current maintenance agreement directly with Progress Actional. Once your registration has been approved, you can use this system to log, review, update and close a call. You can also obtain call status reports and access our knowledge base. Accounts are typically approved within 1 business day. If you are unable to access the system after 2 business days, or if you have any questions, please contact your Technical Support Center
